This Privacy Policy explains how HashTrix Technologies Private Limited (“TourBrain”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the TourBrain website and application. • Account data — name, email, phone, agency details and role when you sign up.
• Customer data you enter — your clients' contacts, leads, trips, quotations, invoices and documents. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Usage data — device, browser, IP and product interactions, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

3. How we use information

• To provide, secure and improve the TourBrain service.
• To send transactional messages (e.g. account, billing and product notifications).
• To comply with legal and tax obligations applicable in India.
• With your consent, to send product updates you can opt out of at any time.

4. Sharing and sub-processors

We share data only with vetted service providers who help us run TourBrain (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, payments), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data security & location

Data is isolated per agency, encrypted in transit, and access-controlled. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards aligned with the DPDP Act. Data is hosted in secure data centres; tell us if you require specific data-residency terms.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request export or deletion of customer data; TourBrain provides in-product tools to erase client records.

7. Your rights

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
