Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of TourBrain, provided by HashTrix Technologies Private Limited(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TourBrain is a software-as-a-service CRM for travel agencies. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

  • You are responsible for your account, your users and keeping credentials secure.
  • You must use TourBrain lawfully and not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe others' rights.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including your clients' data.

3. Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed per active user as described on our Pricing page. Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension.

4. Your data & ownership

You retain all rights to the data you and your clients put into TourBrain. We process it to provide the service per our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership over your customer data.

5. Availability & support

We work to keep TourBrain available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. We may perform maintenance and will aim to minimise disruption. Enterprise plans may include specific SLA terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra. Questions? Write to info@hashtrix.in.
