Tour package price builder
A free tour package price calculator, no sign-up. Price a package the way a quotation should read — adults, child with bed, child without bed and infants, each on its own line, with your markup and GST split correctly into CGST+SGST or IGST.
1 · Your cost and markup
2 · Who is travelling
Adults
12 years and above
Child with bed
CWB — extra bed in the room
Child without bed
CNB — sharing existing bedding
Infants
Usually under 2 years
3 · Child and infant rates
Set as a percentage of the adult selling price. The defaults are what most Indian operators use — override them to match what your hotel and DMC actually charge.
Hotels charge an extra-bed rate, not a discount — a CWB usually costs you nearly as much as an adult. A CNB still eats a breakfast, a seat in the coach and a park ticket.
An infant priced at ₹0 is still a traveller. Put them on the quotation, the rooming list and the manifest — and remember the airline still wants an infant fare, and a visa still costs what it costs.
4 · GST treatment
5% applies to a tour package sold as principal, and comes without input tax credit on your buying invoices.
Place of supply is inside Maharashtra, so this is an intra-state supply — CGST + SGST. Never IGST as well. The destination of the holiday does not decide this; the place of supply does.
Price break-up

- Child w/ bed × 1 @ ₹15,525.00₹15,525.00
- Child w/o bed × 1 @ ₹12,420.00₹12,420.00
- Infant × 1 @ ₹0.00₹0.00
This is an estimate, not tax advice. Rates and place-of-supply rules change, and your situation may differ — confirm the treatment with your chartered accountant before you invoice. TCS on overseas packages is deliberately not included here; see the TCS guide.
Tired of rebuilding this for every enquiry? TourBrain does the same maths inside a branded quotation, then carries it through to the GST invoice.

5% or 18%?
Sell a bundled tour at your own price and you are the principal — GST is on the package, at the concessional rate, without input tax credit on what you bought. Charge only a service fee or commission for arranging someone else's service and the higher service rate applies to that fee. Read the full breakdown in the GST guide.
CGST+SGST or IGST
One or the other, never both. If the place of supply falls in your own state you split the tax into CGST and SGST; if it falls in another state you charge IGST at the full rate. The customer pays the same either way — but a wrong split is a wrong invoice, and a B2B customer will send it back.
A child is not half an adult
CWB, CNB and infant are three different prices because they are three different costs. Quoting “child half price” is where small agencies quietly lose their margin — the long version is in the child-pricing guide.
Show every line
A total with no per-person break-up cannot be compared, cannot be defended, and gets argued about at check-in. Send the lines. More on that in why your quote needs a per-person price.
